Vera is slated to take on Kim Couture at a Nov. 20 Strikeforce card.
Sherdog first reported that Kim Couture and Kerry Vera have verbally agreed to fight on a Strikeforce Challengers card slotted for Nov. 20 at an unannounced location.
Multiple sites have also reported that the two have agreed to fight, and the fight is awaiting to be finalized by the promotion.
It is ironic that Couture and Vera would be fighting, because Randy Couture, Kim’s ex-husband, and Brandon Vera, Kerry’s husband, will take taking on each other at UFC 105.
Randy and Brandon will fight a week before Kerry and Kim’s match up.
