Ok this guy half assed trained from the beginning. I dident see anything in that fight that was impresssive from either fighters. If he could have looked like he did the first few minutes he would be fine. But He gased and threw nothing but arm punches and kicks the rest of the fight. Im amost temped to sign up for the next HW TUF and go in 215lbs seems the big guys have no gas.

With the time Mitrione had to prepare, and the coaching available from Team Rashad, you’d think this guy could have gone more than four minutes before totally expending his meager supply of energy.

Mitrione and Junk had heart to spare, but not a lot of skill between them. More like a tough man bout. Was surprised Mitrione actually showed some hand speed with his right jab in the first minute or two. He may be lacking experience on the ground, but you’d think he could have followed Junk down after one of those knockdowns and put him out with some ground and pound…
