i dont think tito will gas,he knows where he has to be.bad match for tito, yes it is.forrest looked embarrasing against silva, any new fans who saw that and if they watch forrest beat tito then it doesnt look good.forrest has beaten rampage, rua, tuf 1 but all that stock of achivements didnt look so good when he tapped to strikes to evans and was a joke against silva.my point being is that forrest is like a dark horse of the division, not much rep if you beat him but he is capable of beating any of the top guys,he had the belt and no-one expected him to keep it,saying he is on borrowed time.tito better be ready and ring rust like reaction time during the fight and feeling it out again will play a role and tito stock as a top fighter in that weight class may very well take a very hard hit.

If Forrest is in shape, this is a bad return match for Tito...there isn't a weak link out there to fight anymore at 205. Everybody has to impress, win in a big way to forge ahead in arguably the ufc'S MOST STACKED DIVISION...in the first fight, Tito was hurt, ok i've heard this all too often, he should have clearly out skilled and outclassed a "Green" fighter in Griffin but that wasn't the case. Forrest showed heart, as usual, and it was a questionable win 4 Tito. Shogun showed that even the best, most skilled MMA fighters need a few fights to shake off ring rust from a long lay-off from the octogon....Forrest choked out Shogun when he gassed....could Ttio Ortiz gas??? We'll find out soon enough.

Not a great matchup, as Forrest was interviewed last week and was saying he wasn't training. If he gets in the gym tomorrow, it's barely six weeks to get in shape. I'm sure he can do it, but after getting tanked so badly by Silva, you'd think Forrest would want to give his next fight an all-out maximum effort. I don't think we'll see the best Forrest has to offer after a six week camp. Having lost his last two fights, a win starts to become more important, not that Forrest has to worry about his job, being one of the more well known fighters in the UFC...

Having made the match, it will be interesting to see if Tito can come off the bench and really push the action. Known earlier in his career as a big ground and pounder, we'll have to see what style Tito brings to this fight, if he chooses to try and take Griffin to the ground to perhaps exploit a potential wrestling advantage, or swings for the fences and goes for the knockout.

Seems like both of these guys have a vested interest in putting on a good show for the fans, so let's hope they make it to the ring in good health and seriously get it on.
