Aldo was impressive! That guy is a monster at 145.. They might have to bring in some talent from Japan to give him any challengers.

I hear ya Daley, WEC definately has the top featherweights and bantmweights at thte moment anyway. Aldo was beast yo, what a beatdown. When have we ever seen Mike Brown get handled like that? Jose was all over him. That’s the thing about 145 right now though, the dudes are improving faster in this division than 155 and up because it’s still a very young division as far as elite-level competition is concerned. We thought Mike Brown was gonna reign for a while after he beat Urijah Faber, but it turn ed out that the California Kid wasn’t the invincible force we thought he was, he was just ahead of the curve. The same goes for Mike Brown after him, and now it’s Jose Aldo on top. Aldo for sure looks like he can pretty much tool anybody at featherweight right now, I can’t think of a single guy that would be able to take him down clean and hard and hold him there, especially if Mike Brown couldn’t do it. Also, I tihnk if they gave Urijah a shot at ALdo, it would be a short night for Faber. Aldo showed he wsa a far superior kickboxer to Mike Brown, and if Urijah tried any superman punches, spinning elbows, or flying knees from the clinch, he would get put down right quick. Look at Leonard Garcia and Manny Gamburyan. They couldn’t hack it at 155, so they dropped down. Not only because they weren;t big enough, but because the talent level at the top of the 155 pound weight class is so far ahead of 145 right now it’s not even funny.

Mike Brown was someone I’d thought would be champ for a while…Also Jr. kicked his ass and took him apart. He’s seriously dangerous. We could be seeing a very real threat in the UFC at 155lbs. one day. It may too early to put that on him but he was VERY impresive last night. Faber is gonna stand in line now. As for Manny & Leonard Garcia…I’m happy with the fact that they’re competing at a better weight for them…it’s paying time into the game too. The addition to them at 145 was exciting because they already had a name and had been seen on TV for the UFC and that’s great for an awsome company like WEC trying to bring the lightweights up to another level.

As for Karo ‘Sicknote’ Parisyan, the guys a fucking idiot, how many of us would kill for an opportunity to fight in an organisation like the UFC,then this douche gets it handed to him and then treats them,us and himself like a fucking shot house. Good riddance to bad news as far as I’m concerned.
