UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar's illness may put his UFC 108 bout in jeopardy.
UFC President Dana White has confirmed the news to Yahoo.com’s Kevin Iole.
The Minnesota fighter will not be able to train for approx. 4 to 6 weeks.
The UFC has already postponed his Lesnar’s next fight with top contender Shane Carwin until January 2nd at UFC 108 . But this latest news may put that fight in jeopardy again after it already having been postponed once before from UFC 106.
White said he is unsure when the Lesnar-Carwin fight will occur or whether Carwin will fight an opponent in the interim.
“We’re still trying to figure it out and I’m really not sure where any of it stands right now,” White said.

You do know this is a type of herpes right………….
Learn something new every day. Epstein-Barr virus is in fact responsible for most mononucleosis, and is one of a number of very common herpes related viruses that affect the vast majority of people on the planet. Chicken pox, shingles and cold sores are also caused by herpes-type viruses, as well as the more well known herpes simplex 2, responsible for the STD.
Thanks for the heads up Boo.
