America Top Team's Howard Davis Jr. joins the crew on 'The Free Roll'

America Top Team’s Howard Davis Jr., 1976 Boxing Olympic Gold Medalist, shares his quick-paced boxing skills with some of the top MMA fighters including – Thiago “Pitbull” Alves, Mike Brown, Thiago Silva and Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell.
Cobra Kai Jiu-Jitsu’s Marc Laimon began his training at the world famous Gracie Academy under then UFC champion Royce Gracie. Since then he has worked with the Beverly Hills Jiu-Jitsu club, Nova Uniao JJ team, and at JSect in Las Vegas before opening up his own academy. Marc has been a submission/grappling coach on The Ultimate Fighter. He is now focused on training the members of Team Takedown, which are comprised of former collegiate wrestling standouts including Jake Rosholt, Johny Hendricks, and Shane Roller.
