Evans-Silva to be Co-Main Event at UFC 108
Sources close to MMA Junkie have reported that Rashad Evans and Thiago Silva have agreed to fight at UFC 108, which is slated to be on Jan. 2 inside of the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Evans (13-1-1) was supposed to take on Rampage Jackson at UFC 107 in Memphis, Tenn., but Jackson’s abrupt “retirement” and decision to film the A-Team movie put that fight on hold
Condit Joins Greg Jackson’s Camp As He Prepares To Be A Father
First reported by MMAJunkie.com, Albuquerque, New Mexico native Carlos Condit is moving back to the “Land of Enchantment” to train with Greg Jackson’s elite gym. When contacted by MMA Madness, Condit said the move was purely for personal reasons, as he and his girlfriend are expecting a child, and they wanted to get closer to family in New Mexico.
