Rafaello Oliveira is used to having his opponent changed. It happened in his UFC debut, and it has happened again at UFC 108. Regardless, Oliveira’s plan for victory remains the same.

Rafaello Oliveira found out that he has a new opponent for UFC 108, after his original opponent was swapped. Oliveira’s new opponent for the card is UFC newcomer John Gunderson, according to AMA’s Fight Club’s Mike Constantino, who confirmed it to MMA Madness.

In the wake of Tyson Griffin’s injury, Jim Miller will now face Sean Sherk at UFC 108. Rafaello Oliveira, Sherk’s original opponent, is still waiting on who his new opponent will be.

Multiple sources are reporting that Kurt Pellegrino had to pulled out of his TUF 10 Finale fight with Frankie Edgar. AOL Fan House is reporting that a pair of herniated disc are forcing Pellegrino out of the bout, while MMA Junkie is crediting a knee injury.

Emanating from The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, December 5 at 9:00 PM ET, the co-features announced today include a light heavyweight bout between Jon Jones and Matt Hamill and a lightweight matchup pitting Frankie Edgar against Kurt Pellegrino.

After April’s memorable UFC Fight Night(tm) in Nashville, The Ultimate Fighting Championship(r) (UFC(r)) is headed back to the great state of Tennessee to give the fans another night of world class mixed martial arts action as UFC lightweight champion BJ Penn faces possibly his toughest test at 155 pounds in the relentless Diego Sanchez at UFC 107: Penn vs. Sanchez, live from FedExForum in Memphis on Saturday, December 12th.

MMA Junkie is reporting that after a victory over Hermes Franca at UFC 103 this past Saturday lightweight Tyson Griffin (14-2) is being mentioned as the next possible contender for the title.
